I received this product free in exchange for my honest review. I don’t know if I did not take this product long enough to see any results or if it just wasn’t the product I needed. I do like the fact that it is gluten free, soy free and dairy free and there are no artificial flavors or colors added but just not sure about its effectiveness. I think I definitely need to take it longer to see any results.
I honestly did not see no difference in it . Does not have any taste it’s different for everybody just was not for me at all stop taking it after two weeks .

Very effective probiotic, it has so many live strains that I don't need any other probiotic for my daily routine. It has no taste and the pill size is manageable with my other daily vitamins.
